Recruitment: Intel HR Consulting Ltd Position: Executive Assistant (Legal) Duties and Responsibilities • Will be involved in the everyday running of operations; • Supervise administrative procedures within the office; • Present administrative documents timely as may be required by the Managing Director/ Purchasing / Finance, etc. • Follow up on all legal operations within the company Requirements • Must be able to work with Microsoft office suite • Must be able to speak and write English and French fluently. • Must have a certificate/diploma in any related discipline. • Must at least have 1 years' working experience in a related field. • Must be able to work under pressure to meet up deadlines. • Must be able to keep confidential all information related to the work they will perform. • Must be VERY time and work conscious. • Must appear extremely neat at all times and be prepared to speak well of the organization in public. • Must exhibit professionalism and be very polite to all contacts while maintaining the required work ethics. • Must be dynamic and proactive.
