Coordinating with therapists and staff to ensure harmony behind the scenes.

Luxury Hand/Foot Therapist (4)
Deliver bespoke hand & foot treatments, blending reflexology, exfoliation, and luxury moisturizing rituals.
- Expert in therapeutic manicures/pedicures, hand reflexology.
Personalize each session to address guest needs—from stress relief to rejuvenation.
Maintain an ambiance of tranquility through meticulous care and intuitive service.
- Key Traits: Precision, cleanliness, artistry, elegance, discretion.
Skincare (Aesthetic) Therapists (6)
Design personalized skincare journeys with medical-grade or luxury product lines
Conduct in-depth skin analysis and recommend tailored regimens
Maintain clinical precision while delivering a serene, spa-like experience
- Certified in facial treatments, acne care, anti-aging, and non-invasive therapies, relaxing massages, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage.
Hair Stylists – Male (3), Female (3)
Stay updated on latest trends, techniques, and luxury hair products
Maintain a sanitized, elegant workstation aligned with spa standards
- Experienced in hair care and styling for Afro, European, and mixed textures
- Proficient in scalp treatments, colour, bridal styles, and trend adaptation.
- Focuses on personalized styling that respects hair health and client identity
Makeup Therapists (2)
Perform luxury makeup applications for bridal, special occasions, and editorial looks.
- Mastery in bridal, glam, and natural makeup techniques
Provide personalized consultations to enhance each guest’s natural beauty.
Maintain a serene, hygienic, and inviting makeup studio environment.
- Combines technical mastery with client-centered transformation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or master’s level education preferred
- Professional Certification (Diploma/Certificate in relevant field: Massage Therapy, Esthetics
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa/ 5-star hospitality
- Tech Savvy with CRM systems
- Warm, client-focused, and professional demeanour
- Passionate about wellness and beauty
- Strong communication and team spirit
- Committed to growth and training
- Ready to contribute to a serene and luxurious spa environment
- Fluency in English and French
