We are looking for two (02) Engineering Manager for one of our client specialized in Telecom.

RESPONSABILITIES
The Engineering Manager oversees:
- Defines the organizational structure, responsibilities, and appraisal mechanism of the engineering delivery team, and assumes responsibility for the progress, costs, and quality of engineering construction.
- Formulates and optimizes the comprehensive site delivery solution and site delivery SOP process.
- According to the requirements of project objectives, formulate the project progress baseline plan and acceptance plan, and support the plan control manager to complete the integration of project plans.
- Supervise and manage the engineering team (including subcontractors) to ensure that the engineering quality meets the requirements of contract acceptance. Takes the lead in outputting engineering implementation documents and promoting site acceptance.
- Formulates rolling engineering plans, analyzes the engineering progress and GAP, and handles major engineering delivery problems.
- Manage the engineering delivery scope, record additional workload, and support the project commercial manager in managing project contract changes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates must have:
- Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.
- In-depth knowledge of theories, principles, practices, methods, and techniques used in telecommunications and civil/electrical engineering.
- Ability to manage engineers, analysts, and telecommunication and network technicians.
- Highly developed leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of EHS standards
- Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Engineering Manager
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
