We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Support Officer to provide critical operational and strategic support for our client

PURPOSE ENTERPRISE BUSINESS SUPPORT
The Enterprise Business Support Officer will deliver critical operational and strategic support to the bank’s enterprise business unit, ensuring seamless coordination of banking services, fostering client satisfaction, and driving the growth and retention of key accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Support
- Coordinate the end-to-end processes for enterprise client onboarding, account management, and service delivery.
- Manage escalations from enterprise clients and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of enterprise banking platforms and tools.
Client Relationship Management ENTERPRISE BUSINESS SUPPORT
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients to address inquiries and requests.
- Facilitate the implementation of customized banking solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure high service standards.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enterprise clients, including transaction data and service interactions.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to the enterprise business team.
Risk and Compliance
- Monitor transactions and client activities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Identify potential risks and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of enterprise banking operations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new services and product offerings for enterprise clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in Banking or Finance are an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, enterprise support, or client relationship management.
- Proven track record in handling corporate or enterprise accounts is preferred.
- Proficiency in enterprise banking systems and CRM tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
