About the Role:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Client Service Excellence is responsible for overseeing the Client Service Excellence team, ensuring seamless service delivery, and managing end-to-end client onboarding processes. The role involves driving compliance, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Service Excellence team, conducting performance reviews and supporting professional growth.
- Client Service Delivery: Ensure exceptional client service, conduct regular reviews, and implement strategies to address service gaps.
- Onboarding Process Management: Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive client experience.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, conducting audits and resolving issues proactively.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a senior contact for key clients, building long-term relationships and driving engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine service delivery processes and implement innovative solutions.
