We are looking for FOUR (4) ACCEPTANCE MANAGER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom.

PURPOSE ACCEPTANCE MANAGER

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing acceptance testing processes for telecommunication products and services. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define acceptance criteria, and ensure the delivery of products that meet quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop comprehensive acceptance testing plans aligned with project goals.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and standards for telecommunication products and services.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Align acceptance testing activities with project objectives and delivery schedules.
  • Lead the execution of acceptance testing, including the creation and implementation of test cases.
  • Conduct thorough testing to validate that deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and document discrepancies or issues during acceptance testing. ACCEPTANCE MANAGER
  • Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve identified issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of acceptance testing procedures and results.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on acceptance testing outcomes to project stakeholders.
  • Analyze acceptance testing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of acceptance testing activities.
  • Communicate acceptance testing progress, results, and potential risks to project teams and leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams involved in the acceptance process.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidates must have: ACCEPTANCE MANAGER

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience at least 3 years in acceptance testing and quality assurance within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in acceptance testing processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
