Title: Administrative Assistant/ Secretary
Intel HRC is currently for looking for an Administrative Assistant/ Secretary for one of its’ clients.
Location: Buea Cameroon
Closing Date: 25/05/ 2021
The Administrative Assistant will carry out the following tasks:
- Producing management information for Senior Management and Directors
- Assist in the building and mounting of tender files
- Assisting with the review and production of monthly HR information
- Organising, franking and sending out mail where necessary
- Filing, keeping and updating records.
- At least two (2) years of Work experience as Administrative Assistant/ Secretary or related field.
- Candidate must have an HND or B.Sc. Degree
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate must be dynamic and have good Ethics
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English & French) will be preferred
- Must be very organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, can-do attitude, willingness to learn.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi task and prioritize workload
- An enthusiastic attitude and desire to do what is required to support the business
