Title: Administrative Assistant/ Secretary

Intel HRC is currently for looking for an Administrative Assistant/ Secretary for one of its’ clients.

Location: Buea Cameroon

Closing Date: 25/05/ 2021

Requirements:

The Administrative Assistant will carry out the following tasks:

  • Producing management information for Senior Management and Directors
  • Assist in the building and mounting of tender files
  • Assisting with the review and production of monthly HR information
  • Organising, franking and sending out mail where necessary
  • Filing, keeping and updating records.

Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of Work experience as Administrative Assistant/ Secretary or related field.
  • Candidate must have an HND or B.Sc. Degree
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidate must be dynamic and have good Ethics
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Great organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English & French) will be preferred
  • Must be very organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional, can-do attitude, willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi task and prioritize workload
  • An enthusiastic attitude and desire to do what is required to support the business
