Bartenders

We are looking for energetic Bartenders with excellent hospitality skills to deliver memorable experiences. The role requires creativity, professionalism, and speed in preparing and serving beverages while maintaining the highest service standards.

PURPOSE: BARTENDERS

The Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced, high-energy casino environment. This role combines mixology skills with top-tier customer service to enhance the overall entertainment atmosphere.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and casino staff in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and lively bar environment.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and surfaces.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as casino policies and local alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with servers and security staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: BARTENDERS

• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., cases of beverages).
• Must pass background checks and meet casino licensing requirements.
• Familiarity with casino operations and clientele is advantageous.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipes and standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and promote special offers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in a hospitality or entertainment venue.

Knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
