PURPOSE:
To facilitate and manage casino table games, particularly Texas Hold’em Poker, ensuring fair play, compliance, and an engaging guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CASINO DEALERS
- Conduct poker games according to established rules and regulations.
- Manage chips, bets, and payouts accurately.
- Provide excellent service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the integrity of the game and report irregularities.
- Promote a responsible gaming environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: CASINO DEALERS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a casino dealer (Texas Hold’em required).
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- 70% Preferred Female for the role
