We are looking for a “Corporate Sales Officer” for one of clients specialized in mass distribution.

PURPOSE

The Corporate Sales Officer is responsible for successfully prospecting potential clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

RESPONSABILITIES

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales approaches accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings and value proposition.
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and take proactive measures to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management on a regular basis.
  • Continually identify areas for sales improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

Collaboration and Coordination :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt delivery of products and services.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (02) years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and selling cycles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales deals.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the industry’s products, market trends, and competitors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
