Intel HR Consulting SA is currently searching for Customer Service Assistants for one of its clients in the banking sector.

Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Douala Cameroon

Contract type: CDD

Language required: French & English

Closing Date: 30/07/ 2021

Purpose

To meet the expectations of customers so that they are satisfied with the outcome. Offer exceptional service to all clients at all times.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Answer enquiries regarding customer accounts and other bank related products
  • Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer’s accounts
  • Opening and closing customer accounts
  • Cheque book processing
  • Provide products and service information to customers
  • Attract potential customers
  • Sale of E-Channel products to customers 
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Requirement

  • At least two (2) years of Work experience as Customer Service in the banking sector
  • 1st degree in management, marketing, administration, banking and finance etc.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Candidate must be bilingual
  • The Candidate should be an active listener, possess good communication skills, problem solving, proactive, etc.
  • Candidate must be dynamic and have good Ethics
  • Great organizational and planning skills Skill/competences
