We are seeking a highly experienced, bilingual (English & French) Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support to the Founder & CEO. The ideal candidate must be technologically savvy, exceptionally organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role requires discretion, proactivity, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of executive support dynamics.

PKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Assistant
- Manage the CEO’s calendar: scheduling, prioritizing, and confirming meetings across multiple time zones.
- Draft, edit, and prepare professional documents and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Coordinate and assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, and logistics.
- Handle confidential communication and documentation with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Support the CEO with follow-ups, reminders, and correspondence—email, WhatsApp, Teams, and other platforms.
- Conduct basic online research, assist with business development activities, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the CEO’s professional social media presence (especially LinkedIn).
- Utilize AI tools and digital productivity platforms to streamline tasks and enhance executive efficiency.
- Assist in preparing for and attending meetings, taking notes, and tracking action points for follow-up.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives or founders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent command of both English and French (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Demonstrated experience in handling AI tools and digital assistants for productivity.
- Experience in social media handling for executives or brands.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Discreet, dependable, and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
