We are seeking a highly experienced, bilingual (English & French) HR Account and Client Relations Officer. Under the supervision of the Head of Client Service Excellence, the HR Account and Client Relations Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional client service by managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving account growth. This role requires a client-focused professional who excels in building long-term partnerships, coordinating service delivery, and enhancing the overall client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Management

  • Manage client headcounts
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Preparing HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, new hire guides)
  • Liaising with external partners to ensure legal compliance
  • Handling employee queries
  • Assisting with payroll management

 Compliance & Expatriate Personnel Management:

  • Coordinating with immigration authorities and labor offices for expatriate staff requirements
  • Maintaining updated records of CNPS contributions and compliance audits
  • Monitoring deadlines and renewals for expatriate administrative documents

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, engagement, and follow-up.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions

Reporting & Insights:

  • Produce reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and key recommendations.
  • Analyse client engagement trends to identify best practices and service enhancement opportunities.

 

COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in a multinational environment or with an Employer of Record (EOR) services firm is highly desirable;
  • 3 – 5 years’ professional experience in Human Resources, with a focus on expatriate management;
  • Strong knowledge of Ivorian labor law; familiarity with other ECOWAS jurisdictions is a plus;
  • Have a good knowledge in payroll management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively;
  • Strong capacity to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Proactive mindset with proven problem-solving abilities;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in both English and French (bilingual);
  • Client-Focused Mindset.
