PURPOSE

Intel HR Consulting is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant for one of its clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years working experience in HR and administrative operations.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Provide administrative and HR support to the Company in their day-to-day activities.
  • Participate in the improvement of internal HR & Office policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of presentations/documents and other written internal/ external communications.
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Manage the Managing Director’s personal calendar & schedule.
  • Ensure the good running of office premises.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field
  • Minimum 02 years of professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of organization, self-confidence, initiative, and commitment
  • PC literate, communication incl. telephone, and writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills (written/spoken) in English & French.
  • Acts responsibly. Can be counted on to keep commitments. Complies with the intent of policies, procedures, and agreements. Builds others’ trust in their own professionalism, integrity, expertise, and ability to get results.
