LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients to oversee and optimize their supply chain processes.

PURPOSE  LOGISTICS COORDINATORWAREHOUSE MANAGER

You will be responsible for the overall management and optimization of our warehouse operations. This includes overseeing inventory control, dispatching, coordinating warehouse activities and implementing efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide weekly field report and status of field stock for each technician.
• Provide monthly inventory statement. LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
• Notify on shortages in warehouse and field
• Manage stock control: receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
• Provide budget for warehouse
• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse over-all operations.
• Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
• Improvement & development of warehouse.
• Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures, and confirm field staff compliance
• Conduct physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods.
• Inspect all warehouse equipment and order repairs and replacements when required
• Prepare an annual budget, plan out expenses, analyze any variances, and make necessary corrections to help company achieve financial objectives
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new warehouse employees
• Oversee all warehouse employees, including creating schedules, providing coaching and mentoring, and issuing corrective action when required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

• Knowledge of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices
• Ability to create and manage warehouse processes
• Financial and analytical capabilities to plan budgets, monitor inventory, assess data, and create reports
• Skills in inventory control and management
• 3+ years of warehousing experience
• A degree in Logistics and supply chain management, business operations, or related field
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
