IntelHRC is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our end-to-end operational processes. This pivotal role is central to driving efficiency, optimizing performance, and scaling our service delivery to meet ambitious growth targets.

PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining all operational systems—from resource allocation and process improvement to quality assurance and team leadership. The ideal candidate will translate business strategy into operational execution, ensuring that our services are delivered seamlessly, sustainably, and to the highest standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that support innovation, growth, and organisational sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage leaders in client service, people management, and compliance.
- Client-Centric Operations: Ensure exceptional service delivery by monitoring performance and addressing client needs proactively.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Establish robust frameworks to manage risks and meet regulatory requirements.
- Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with the CFO to optimise budgets and achieve financial targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using operations management software and MS Office Suite.
