Orange Money Operation Manager

We are seeking a Orange Money Operation Manager to manage and optimize Orange Money operations, ensuring seamless mobile financial services, regulatory compliance, and business growth within the digital payment ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Orange Money Operation Manager

• Gain insight into the entire mobile payment market to help customers find opportunities and plan business development.
• Design operation activities, implement operation activities, and review operation activities.
• Gain insight into product user journey, user feedback, and agent feedback, and provide product optimization suggestions.
• Align the annual target with the customer and achieve the target together.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Understand and master the operation marketing content related work, such as user promotion, event marketing, offline promotion
• Adaptability, and ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and environments.
• Ability to identify problems, analyze causes, and propose solutions.
• Proposing and implementing new methods or strategies that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with Orange Money, competitor Airtel, market trends.
• Knowledge of the functions, features and target users of Orange Money.
• Pay attention to user feedback and continuously optimize the user experience.
• Digital Analysis: Able to use tools such as Excel, SQL to analyze data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvement.
• Recognize the organization’s culture, work hard, have high ambitions, and be brave to challenge;
• Communication skills: Communicate effectively with team members, customers and other relevant parties to ensure that information is delivered accurately.
• Master’s degree in Telecom Communication, Computer or related industry
• Minimum 3 years continuous working experience in mobile payment
• Fluent in both English and French Orange Money Operation Manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a Cameroonian by Nationality
