We are looking for ONE (1) PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) MANAGER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom.



You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Project Management Office, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The PMO Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to drive excellence in project management and contribute to the successful execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.


  • Establish and lead the Project Management Office, defining its structure, processes, and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement PMO policies and procedures to standardize project management practices.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the PMO. PMO MANAGER
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for project portfolio management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
  • Define and implement project management methodologies, ensuring consistency and adherence across all projects.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting standards.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and across project management practices.

The ideal candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.\
  • Proven experience in project management, with at least [5 years] of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading successful project teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project risks, issues, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to think strategically and align project initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
