We are looking for FOUR (4) PROJECT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER for one of our clients specialising in Telecom.

PURPOSE PROJECT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

You will oversee and coordinate the administrative aspects of our telecommunication projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. You will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet established goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of project activities by coordinating resources and tasks.
  • Manages the project administration team, and organizes the project administration and logistics, including office, accommodation, vehicles, security, visas, communication fees, fixed assets, IT, and information security.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Establish and implement document control processes to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, departments, and external partners.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to relevant stakeholders. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to allocate resources effectively for project tasks.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of resource constraints to optimize project efficiency.
  • Manages and controls administrative expenses of the project.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Three (03) years’ professional experience at the same position
  • Proven experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
