We are looking for SIX (6) PROJECT DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER for one of our clients specialising in Telecom.



You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective document management processes. This role involves organizing, categorizing, and maintaining project-related documents to facilitate efficient collaboration, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


  • Establish and train a document management team to manage and assess the team.
  • Develop the delivery management resource plan to promote the implementation of resources.
  • Formulate document management regulations and promote the implementation of the regulations.
  • Organize business sub-teams to formulate and confirm document delivery plans with the customer, including the document list, template, approval workflow, naming rules, format, delivery platform, delivery time, delivery person, and recipient.
  • Review the document delivery plan in accordance with the payment collection requirements confirmed by the payment collection manager to ensure that the documents with payment collection requirements are included in document delivery management.
  • Promote all business sub-teams and subcontractors to deliver documents in a timely, complete, and standard manner in accordance with the plan.
  • Establish a document submission, approval, tracking, control, acceptance, performance appraisal, and reporting mechanism to continuously improve the document delivery timeliness and completeness.
  • Communicate with customers and subcontractors on document delivery management matters to improve document delivery customer satisfaction.
  • Build an electronic document library, and maintain daily directories and permissions.
  • Build a paper archive room, and perform daily registration, archiving, and borrowing management.
  • Promote the application of the document module in the EPMS system.

The ideal candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years minimum) in document management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to project documentation in the telecommunications sector.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software.
