We are looking for TWO (2) PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom.

PURPOSE PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER
You will be responsible for overseeing and lead our diverse range of projects, and for the end-to-end management of telecom projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence in project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Allocate and optimize resources to meet project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Proactively address issues to prevent project delays. PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) as a Project Manager in the telecom industry, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
