We are looking for FOUR (4) PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom.

PURPOSE PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER
This position involves developing and implementing quality management processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing metrics to measure project performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER
- Manage and supervise the work of quality team members.
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Set QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with deployment and maintenance staff;
- Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training.
- Write reports or other documents about projects’ status or daily/weekly/monthly activity, requested by the direct manager.
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Responsible for other assignments requested by the direct manager.
- Share the experience with all team members.
- Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
- 4 years’ experience in Quality Assurance with previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.
- Team leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill
- Proficient in English and local language
- Must have a thorough understanding of Quality Assurance tools and techniques in Telco industry
- Quality audit training will be an advantage (ISO9000:2000, TL9000)
