We are looking for FOUR (4) REGIONAL MANAGER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom.
CLOSING DATE: 26TH FEBRUARY, 2024
PURPOSE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and success within your assigned region. This involves developing and implementing regional strategies, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality telecommunication services.
RESPONSIBILITIES REGIONAL MANAGER
- Management of project roll-outs, including project planning, progress control, quality assurance and operative roll-out planning covering all aspects of installation, commissioning and integration.
- Responsible for human resource plan, budget estimation, cost control and implementation concepts for project roll-outs
- Provide regular internal and external progress reports and presentation
- Co-ordination with O&M team for handovers, trouble shooting & resolution of operational issues
- Launch the DT&CQT test and analyze the measurement result.
- Coordinate between local partner’s project organizations, production line, service delivery groups and the customer
- Development of a ready-to-use external partner organization tailored to handle the various kinds of mass deployments
- Perform other activities, according to professional competencies, on direct manager request
- Share the experience with all team members; REGIONAL MANAGER
- Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REGIONAL MANAGER
The ideal candidates must have:
- Degree/diploma in telecommunications or business-related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years experience in managing large project implementation teams delivering a mass deployment of infrastructure network (Mobile or Fixed-line)
- Sound technical background covering the installation, commissioning and integration tasks for fixed and mobile products
- Demonstrated subcontractor management experience
- Strong commercial experience and ability to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner
- Ability to work in an intercultural environment
- Fluent in local language and English (verbal and written), Chinese appreciated
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Relevant project management certificate is a plus (e.g. Prince 2, PMP, and PMI).
