We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for our client in the chemicals used industries, including paints, water treatment, and plastics manufacturing.

PURPOSE Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will require a combination of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to meet and exceed sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential customers in industries such as paints, water treatment,
and plastics manufacturing.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of chemical products.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
2. Market Research and Strategy: Sales Executive
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
4. Technical and Product Knowledge:
•. Understand the features, benefits, and applications of the chemical products.
• Provide customers with technical insights and product demonstrations when
required.
5. Sales Reporting:
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Education:
• Basic education related to sales and marketing or related field
2. Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in chemicals or a related industry.
3. Skills:
• Strong knowledge of chemicals used in paints, water treatments, and plastics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
4. Technical Requirements:
• Familiarity with chemical formulations and their industrial applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office
