Intel HRC is looking for a “Sales & Marketing Manager” for one of its clients specialized in building materials.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will manage, control, and develop the overall Sales strategy/activities in the country in accordance with the group business strategy to increase market share, and maintain strong and good relationship with partners.


  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
  • Achieves monthly sales targets set by the management and maximizes company profit by selling the goods at maximum margins within company policies.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
  • Develop sales with Building Material chain stores in the country.
  • Manage to specify products with consultants.
  • Build relationship with contractors, consultants, Building material shops & execute Project Sales.
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
  • Continually analyse the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, sales or any related field
  • Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
  • Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building material business.
  • Target oriented & self-motivated
  • Should speak be perfectly bilingual (French & English)
  • Age range preferable 28 – 35
  • Self-directed, high energy, and proactive working style
  • High degree of self-confidence, initiative, and commitment
  • PC literate, excellent organizational, communication incl. telephone, and writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills (written/spoken) in French & English.
  • Acts responsibly. Can be counted on to keep commitments. Complies with the intent of policies, procedures, and agreements. Builds others’ trust in their own professionalism, integrity, expertise, and ability to get results.
