We are looking for two (02) Store managers for one of our clients specialized in mass distribution.

PURPOSE
the Store Manager oversee the overall operations of a store. He/ She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on store operation management, employee administration/ discipline and team management.
RESPONSABILITIES
Store Operations and Management:
- Develop and manage the store’s budget, including monitoring expenses and optimizing profitability.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales & Marketing strategies.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s visual appeal and facilitate efficient product placement and organization.
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize store security.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, promoting customer loyalty and repeat business.
Administration & Team management
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process of new staff by conducting training sessions and preparing onboarding documentation.
- Follow up on the personnel administrative and disciplinary management (attendance, discipline etc)
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets their individual and collective goals.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction.
- Manage the personnel complaints.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, address performance issues, and implement strategies for improvement.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take proactive measures to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management on a regular basis.
- Continually identify areas for sales improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
Customer Service Excellence
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Train and guide staff on delivering excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt delivery of products and services.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely and effective product sourcing.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including marketing, finance, and human resources, to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Build and foster relationships within the local community to enhance the store’s brand awareness and reputation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Five years (05) of proven experience on a similar manager role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Sound knowledge of furniture, electronics, sanitary products, industry trends, and market competition.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
