Vice Technical Director

We are looking for One (01) Vice Technical Director for one of our clients specialized in Telecom.

RESPONSABILITIES

The Vice Technical Director oversees:

• Lead the E2E optimization activities, include RAN/Tx/Core etc, define and export the key performance/quality indicator system, organize the E2E performance dashboard publishing, export the E2E performance improvement plan which need consider the feature deployment/parameter tuning/topology and link route optimization/network planning etc.
• Lead the E2E complicate network issue troubleshooting, i.e. latency/throughput/paging, result oriented, organize the resource both in operator and vendor side until issue resolved.
• Lead and manage the local optimization team to fulfill the MS optimization delivery tasks, capture customer requirement, clarify and communicate in a timely manner, responsible for the C level customer satisfaction.
• Technical reporting/presentation/communication with the operator on network optimization, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement.
• Responsible for the acceptance KPI achievement under MS project scope. Organize the region wise benchmark optimization tasks and Responsible for 3rd party benchmark target achievement.
• Candidate is requesting to complete the E2E optimization independently (issue identify/analysis/optimization proposal and execute/pre-post validation and reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidates must have:

• At least 15 years of network optimization experience in international large-scale projects for MBB Network.
• Strong process oriented, candidate should have manager experience.
• Strong capability on radio optimization, expert TELENOR 3G/4G parameter optimization and feature fine tuning, proficient in the network planning skills in RAN domain.
• Proficient knowledge with Tx/Core domain KPI and counter system.
• High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
• Loyal to the position and company.
• Have strong awareness of information security and protection.
