We are looking for SIX (6) WAREHOUSE MANAGER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom.

PURPOSE WAREHOUSE MANAGER
You will be responsible for the overall management and optimization of our warehouse operations. This includes overseeing inventory control, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and implementing efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES WAREHOUSE MANAGER
- Responsible for the customs affairs, local transport, warehouse management
- Assist the country logistics manager in establishing and perfecting the country logistics mode, control the overseas logistics risk, reduce logistics costs, etc. WAREHOUSE MANAGER
- Assist the country logistics manager in the local logistics supplier development and management, etc.
- Assist the country logistics manager in international freight mode selection (forward and reverse) route optimization and dynamic tracing of transportation
- Participate in the pre-sale project, understand the logistics demand of telecom operators, assist the country logistics manager in establishing project logistics solutions
- Coordinate with the country logistics manager to support the other functional departments related to logistics
- Responsible for TELENOR central warehouse management, coordinating and tracing the delivery to sites.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, commerce or trade
- At least 3 years of Warehouse management experience; 5 years experience in logistics and import & export, IT industry-related work experiences preferred, familiar with local logistic resources, a strong sense of supply chain
- Professional in regulations and laws related to logistics/customs clearance locally
- Fluency in English and local language, able to communicate in the Chinese language will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication skills, teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Workplace: TELENOR office or Customer Premise
