We are looking for skilled Pit Managers to oversee gaming floor operations and lead teams of dealers. The role demands leadership, attention to detail, and deep industry knowledge to maintain integrity, compliance, and exceptional guest service.

PURPOSE: PIT MANAGERS
To supervise gaming operations on the floor, ensuring smooth performance, compliance, and exceptional guest service within assigned pits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee table game operations and dealer performance.
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and security procedures.
- Manage player disputes and maintain the integrity of games.
- Train and mentor casino staff to uphold service excellence.
- Liaise with management on operational improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: PIT MANAGERS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in casino operations, including supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
