We are looking for charismatic Casino Hosts who excel at creating memorable guest experiences. The role involves engaging VIP players, coordinating events and promotions, and building long-term relationships that enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

PURPOSE: CASINO HOSTS
The Casino Host is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-value guests and VIPs. They will develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable and memorable experience at the Grand Palace Casino.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets guests on the Casino floor, establishing rapport with them and providing offers and amenities based upon specific Casino guidelines for levels of play.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all guests and VIPs, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that they may have.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring that their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Responsible for exercising discretion and the issuance of comp entitlements according to the P&P limits established by management for their position.
- Assist the Executive Casino Host to coordinate and manage special events and promotions for VIPs, including arranging transportation, accommodations, F&B, and other services as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, food and beverage, and gaming operations, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Compile and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on guest activity, trends, and opportunities under the supervision of the Executive Casino Host.
- Ensure that guest information is accurate and up to date in the casino’s database.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Seek supervisory advisory when needed.
- Maintain and respect the confidentiality of guest and Member information and databases as well as any internal information regarding the Company’s marketing programs or offers.
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: CASINO HOSTS
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills in French and English are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 Years experience as a Casino Host or similar position in a Hospitality or marketing environment involving dealing with high-value guests.
- Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value guests and VIPs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high-quality service levels.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive guest and company information.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
