PURPOSE:
The casino masseuse offers professional massage services to clients in a luxurious and lively setting. Her goal is to promote relaxation, well-being, and comfort, while enriching the overall experience of casino visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: MASSEUSES
- Perform various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, chair massage) according to clients’ needs
- Assess clients’ physical condition and adapt treatments accordingly
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of massage rooms and equipment
- Maintain up-to-date treatment records and client preferences
- Communicate clearly and professionally to guarantee comfort and satisfaction
- Manage appointments and adhere to established schedules
- Stay informed about wellness trends and techniques
- Collaborate with spa, reception, and casino staff to ensure seamless service
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Valid diploma or certification in massage therapy
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
- Good physical condition to perform extended massages
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal massage training required
