Branch Manager / Agency Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our travel branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

PURPOSE

The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, sales performance, staff management, customer service, and basic mechanical and fleet oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable transport services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and market the agency and its services
• Oversee daily branch and transport operations
• Manage budgets, financial records, and sales reports
• Sell travel products and transport packages
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and disciplinary matters
• Submit monthly staff attendance and performance reports
• Implement innovative and productivity-improving ideas
• Liaise with the company board of directors on strategy and market trends
• Oversee bus fleet condition, vehicle documents, basic mechanical checks, and
• maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with mechanics and drivers to ensure vehicle safety, servicing, and
• roadworthiness
• Oversee Building maintenance and all company properties.
• Ensure compliance with transport safety and mechanical standards

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Operations

• Degree in Tourism, Transport & Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business
• Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience ( ideally in a Travel sector)
• Bilingual (English & French)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proven sales, marketing, and financial management abilities
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and fleet management
• Good time, risk, and operational management skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Package
