We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially-minded professional to join our newly established Intel Excellence Centre as the Centre Manager. Key Responsibilities

Sales, Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement the Centre’s annual sales, marketing and business development plan.
  • Take ownership of student enrolment, client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of individual students, corporate clients and institutional partners.
  • Promote GATE programmes to universities, graduates, parents, employers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify corporate training opportunities among existing Intel Group clients and new organisations.
  • Develop compelling proposals and tailored learning solutions for corporate clients.
  • Establish partnerships with universities, professional bodies, employers, NGOs, development organisations and other strategic institutions.
  • Monitor leads, conversions, enrolment and revenue against agreed targets.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and effective follow-up on collections.
  • Strengthen the Centre’s reputation, visibility and market position through targeted outreach and relationship building.

Student Recruitment & Enrolment

  • Achieve a minimum target of 100 students per GATE cohort and 400 students annually.
  • Develop and execute student recruitment campaigns across relevant channels
  • Manage the enrolment funnel from initial enquiry through registration, payment and programme commencement.
  • Organise information sessions, career events, university outreach, open days and other recruitment activities.

Programme Development & Management

  • Lead the design, review and continuous improvement of training programmes in line with market needs and employer expectations.
  • Ensure GATE provides graduates with practical competencies that enable them to become job-ready, confident and productive in the workplace.
  • Develop relevant professional and management programmes for supervisors, managers and corporate clients.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to develop curricula, learning outcomes, assessments and training materials.

Trainer & Faculty Management

  • Identify, recruit and maintain a strong pool of qualified trainers, facilitators, coaches and industry practitioners.
  • Coordinate trainer availability, programme schedules and delivery requirements.
  • Agree clear deliverables, standards and performance expectations with trainers.
  • Evaluate trainer effectiveness using participant feedback, learning outcomes and programme performance.

Strategic Partnerships & Employer Network

  • Develop relationships with companies willing to provide internships, mentoring, workplace exposure and employment opportunities for GATE participants.
  • Build an active employer network that provides insight into current and future skills requirements.
  • Establish partnerships with universities and higher education institutions to create a sustainable graduate pipeline.
  • Develop collaborations with certification bodies and other training institutions where appropriate.

Student Experience & Employment Outcomes

  • Ensure a high-quality learning, support and customer experience throughout each programme.
  • Establish systems for monitoring attendance, performance, assessments and participant feedback.
  • Support graduates with CV preparation, interview skills, professional communication, workplace behaviour and career readiness.

Centre Operations & Administration

  • Take responsibility for the effective, efficient and professional day-to-day operation of the Centre.
  • Ensure classrooms, training materials, technology and other resources are available and properly managed.
  • Maintain accurate records for enrolment, attendance, assessments, trainers, certificates, revenue and programme performance.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Prepare the Centre’s annual operating, sales and revenue plan.
  • Manage programme budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cash collection.
  • Evaluate the financial viability and market potential of programmes before launch.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Performance will be assessed against measurable KPIs, including:
  • 100 students enrolled per GATE cohort
  •  Four GATE cohorts successfully delivered annually
  •  Minimum 400 GATE participants annually
  •  Achievement of agreed monthly and annual revenue targets
  •  Student enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rate
  •  Number and value of corporate training programmes secured
  •  Number and quality of strategic university and employer partnerships established
  •  Programme completion rate
  •  Student satisfaction and trainer quality ratings
  •  Graduate internship and employment placement rate
  •  Client satisfaction for corporate programmes
  •  Timely invoicing and collection of programme fees
  •  Programme profitability and Centre financial performance
  •  Growth in repeat business, referrals and alumni engagement
  •  Strength and effectiveness of the Centre’s employer network

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, Training & Development or a related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably involving training, education, business development, recruitment, professional services or corporate learning.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business development is essential.
  • Experience managing a training centre, academy, educational programme or professional development business would be a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships, generate revenue and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with universities, employers, young graduates or corporate clients would be advantageous.
  • A track record of building new initiatives, growing programmes or developing markets would be highly valued.
