ACCOUNT MANAGER – AR

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Manager-AR to ensure seamless end-to-end project execution, from opportunity identification to transaction completion.

PURPOSE ACCOUNT MANAGER – AR

The Account Manager-AR will play a critical role in driving customer success and business growth by deeply understanding customer strategies, pain points, and operational needs. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to influence decision-making and provide tailored solutions that align with both customer and company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deeply understand the pain points of the customers’ strategies, business and network. Identify, influence and resolve customers’ real and implicit requirements, and provide solutions to help customers achieve business success.
  • Plan, build, maintain, and improve organizational / Key / extensive customer relationship.
  • Manage customer expectations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish mutual trust and achieve win-win partnerships to support the achievement of the organization’s current, and long-term goals.
  • As the PD/Core member of the project team, nurture the market, seize the opportunities, and achieve project objectives through effective operations.
  • Be responsible for E2E transactions and operations management of projects / programs/ Bus, manage transaction quality, and effectively achieve business objectives.

  • Relationship primary owner of customer relationship development and management (Enhancing customer relationship)
  • Operation owner of operational excellence (Healthy and compliant operations)
  • Minimum 5 years continuous working experience in ICT field, with good Technical background
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least Bachelor degree in ICT/Marketing/Sales
