PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Branch Manager role is to drive branch performance and growth, ensure efficient branch operations, lead and develop teams, and strengthen client engagement while contributing to the overall financial and commercial objectives of the institution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate the branch team
- Perform administrative duties at the branch level
- Lead sales to increase revenue and profitability
- Train employees and evaluate their performance
- Create strategies to ensure sales targets are met
- Prepare monthly branch reports
- Create and maintain relationships with clients
- Any other duties as assigned by management
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to strategize and plan ahead
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and global banking software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience
