PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The  Store Manager will be the operational heartbeat of the store—ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From driving sales and managing inventory to leading your team and enhancing the customer journey, this role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. He/She will play a critical part in shaping the store’s success and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead, direct, and energize the sales and support teams to meet performance targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies that boost sales and elevate customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement with customers, team members, and suppliers.
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and operational demands.
