PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The  Division Head will  be responsible in  translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, build and inspire an agile team, and ensure your division not only meets but exceeds its goals. You’ll be instrumental in aligning cross-functional efforts, optimising resource use, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver consistent, high-quality performance.
• Analyze business data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that fuel growth.
• Oversee the effective allocation and management of resources—personnel, budgets, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other divisions and departments to ensure alignment, efficiency, and innovation.

• Proven leadership experience (minimum 5 years), with a track record of inspiring and managing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.
• Relationship-building acumen—both within your team and across business units.
• Financial and operational management proficiency, including budgeting and resource planning.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Passion for developing talent and coaching individuals to reach their full potential.
