We are looking for vigilant Surveillance Operators with a sharp eye for detail and integrity to support gaming operations. The role involves monitoring security systems, detecting irregularities, and ensuring compliance with all casino gaming and safety regulations.

PURPOSE: SURVEILLANCE OPERATORS
To safeguard casino assets and ensure fair gaming operations by monitoring all activities through the surveillance system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate CCTV and other monitoring systems to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Detect suspicious or fraudulent activities and report them promptly.
- Maintain detailed surveillance logs and incident reports.
- Support investigations in coordination with security and management.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all recorded footage.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES: SURVEILLANCE OPERATORS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in casino or gaming surveillance.
- Good knowledge of casino games, particularly table operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
