PURPOSE TELLERS
We are looking for TELLERS for our client. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a variety of banking transactions. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all transactions while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and transactions.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in banking is a plus.
- Previous experience in a banking or cash handling role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office.
- Trustworthiness and integrity.
