BEARER PRODUCT TECHNICAL ENGINEER

We are looking for FOUR (4) BEARER PRODUCT TECHNICAL ENGINEER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom.

PURPOSE BEARER PRODUCT TECHNICAL ENGINEER

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our bearer product portfolio. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies in the telecom sector, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance and updates on bearer products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Identify and address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance product reliability.
• Provide expert-level technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and issues related to bearer products.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve escalated technical problems effectively.
• Analyze and optimize bearer product performance by conducting regular audits and implementing improvements.
• Work closely with network planning teams to enhance overall network efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for bearer products, including manuals, guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of bearer products into the overall telecom ecosystem. BEARER PRODUCT TECHNICAL ENGINEER

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidates must have: BEARER PRODUCT TECHNICAL ENGINEER

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a technical role within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on bearer products.
• In-depth knowledge of bearer technologies such as SDH, DWDM, MPLS, and Ethernet.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
• Proficiency in using network simulation and analysis tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
