RF PLANNING ENGINEER

We are looking for TWO (2) RF PLANNING ENGINEER for one of our clients specializing in Telecom. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing RF networks to meet coverage, capacity, and performance objectives.

PURPOSE RF PLANNING ENGINEER

He/She will be responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing RF networks to meet coverage, capacity, and performance objectives. He/She will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure the seamless operation of telecommunication networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES RF PLANNING ENGINEER

• Responsible for the information collection, providing radio planning solutions.
• Responsible for site scale estimation and site topology design.
• Responsible for TSSR survey and audit
• Responsible for Network simulation operation, Familiar with simulation tools such as Atoll, Asset, etc.
• Responsible for basic network parameter planning, like frequency, Neighbor, PCI and so on.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidates must have: RF PLANNING ENGINEER

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications
• 3-5 years’ experience in telecommunications field, working in WIND&3 or E3 is better
• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Proficient in English and local language
• Willingness to work in shifts or a flexible program, if necessary
• Proficient at Network simulation operation, Familiar with simulation tools such as Atoll, Asset, etc.
